Michelle Seeto
Born in Sydney and raised in PNG and Australia - with nothing more than passion, determination and a dream of owning my own business, I am proud to have created a recruitment firm EBR in 2001, that touches millions. I started EBR with the aim of constantly striving towards ever better recruitment and helping people like you dream big and back it up with meaningful action to create results. One of the things I am often asked is ”How did you get started in recruitment and why did you choose to own your own business?
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to know how to get the perfect job that makes me, let alone other people happy, successful and fulfilled. I struggled for years to find the right career path and when I found recruitment - it certainly ticked the happy, successful and fulfilled boxes. After several failed attempts at corporate jobs and a lot of angst trying to choose the one thing to master in life, I realized that my unusual combination of building relationship and connecting with people was a skill and a strength. I gave up the security of 9-5 and built EBR from the ground up.
Multi Passionate, I built EBR into a successful recruitment firm and a career coaching business that gives advice on finding your true gift and how to find a fulfilling career. I share a secret to finding a fulfilling career. Clue: It's not about who you want to be, but what you want to give. Currently, I am involved in managing the strategic direction of the business and am an active leader of the team and business. I have a wealth of experience, and my expertise lies in finding the right people for you and discovering new opportunities in a fast paced environment.
I believe you have to bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today's world. From Tony Robbins, Keith Cunningham, and many others, I continue to learn new things each day and expand my own ideas about what it means to live a fully creative and meaningful life.

- Find a role model who is who you want to be and has what you want. Look at what they do, then copy them.

Great learning experience
I am extremely grateful for the opportunity that I was given by Michelle to work as a recruitment intern at EBR. The interview process was seamless - I started in the position the day after my interview. During my time as an intern I learned so many skills that will prove to be valuable experience moving forward. Having Michelle as a manager and mentor was very beneficial, as I will able to learn from her first hand.
